khao kluk kapi
Khao kluk kapi, i.e. a dish of rice mixed with shrimp paste (fig.) and typically served with shredded omelet (fig.).
In addition, dried or fried shrimps, slices of fried kun chiang, thinly sliced ma muang man or grated papaya, sweet pork, dried chilies, chopped red onion or shallots, chopped long beans, and a wedge of lime, are usually added (fig.).
