Wat Pathum Wanaraam Ratchaworawihaan is a royal temple of the class Phra Araam Luang in Bangkok, here seen from the Baiyoke Sky Tower (fig.).

 

The smaller building on the left of the white stupa is the temple's ubosot, i.e. the main prayer hall, the one to the right of it  is the wihaan.

The wihaan has two main Buddha image, i.e. the larger Phra Serm and the smaller Phra Saen, both are in the Lan Chang-Vientiane style.

 

The ubosot houses a Buddha image in the maravijaya pose which is known as Phra Sai and also in the Lan Chang-Vientiane style.

Both chapels have murals depicting scenes from the past, as well as of the Thai-Laotian folk tale of the Lan Chang era known as Sri Thanonchai or  Chiang Miang, and the mural from the wihaan shown here is in part depicted on a Thai postage stamp issued in 2020.
