Manuthiha
Manuthiha is a mythological, sphinx-like creature, with a body that is half-man and half-lion. This is one of many found on the Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon (fig.), Myanmar.
It is similar to Narasimha, yet differs in this that the latter has the body of a man with the head of a lion, whereas in Manuthiha the head and front body is that of a man and the back that of a lion.
