NATURE & GASTRONOMY
wolfberries
Wolfberries, also known as Chinese wolfberries and in Thai as kao kih, are used in a variety of culinary dishes, but are traditionally cooked first.
The orangey red berries are sweet and, according to some, also have a slightly nutty taste. Here they are used in an otherwise savory soup.
