  klihb kanun prang

The antefix (fig.) of a prang  is the upward pointing ornament at the end of each layer of the tower and is called klihb kanun prang (fig.) in Thai. This one, made from stone in Khmer style, depicts a temple guardian and dates from the 12th century. It was found in the province of Sri Saket and is displayed in the National Museum, Bangkok.
