  kaeng khiao wahn

 

Thailand

Kaeng khiao wahn, i.e. Thai sweet green curry, is made on the basis of green chili paste (fig.) and coconut milk.

 

This is mixed with water and cooked in a wok, whilst adding a little palm sugar and fish sauce, meat, crisp eggplant (fig.), pea eggplant (fig.), kaffir lime leaves (fig.), Thai Basil leaves (fig.), and sliced red chili peppers.
