Wat Nong Khohng
Wat Nong Khohng in Chiang Mai features the Four Buddhas of the present aeon, who have already attained Enlightenment.
In between each of them stands a pink Garuda (fig.) underneath a golden, royal, multi-layered umbrella called chat (fig.).
The four Buddhas are Kakusandha, facing North; Kassapa, facing South; Konagamana facing East; and Gautama, facing West.
In front of the Gautama Buddha stands a gilded statue of the traveling monk Phra Siwalih (fig.).
