Se-tenant stamp with a depiction the Knight Grand Cross First Class of the most Admirable Order of the Direkkhunaphon (ดิเรกคุณาภรณ์), also known as Pathom Direkkhunaphon (ปฐมดิเรกคุณาภรณ์) and bearing the initials ป.ภ. (P.Ph). The stamp on the left illustrates the Pendant and Sash, which is overall dark green with a red-yellow-white trim, whereas the stamp on the right shows a close-up of the Pendant, which consists of a star with eight silver and eight golden rays, and at its centre has a red enameled field with a Royal Garuda in gold, underneath the Phra Maha Phichai Mongkut or the ‘Great Crown of Victory’ with a yan sign (fig.), i.e. King Rama IX's emblem. This decoration was created in 1991 by royal permission of H.M. King Bhumipon Adunyadet in order to bestow on those who rendered extraordinary services that are beneficial to the country. It was first inducted on 3 December 1995.
