The Ratchaprapha Dam that forms the barrier for the Chiaw Lan Reservoir (fig.) which is part of Khao Sok National Park (fig.) in Surat Thani Province.

Construction on the 716 meter long and 94 meter high dam started on 9 February 1982 and was completed, including with its hydropower plant, on 30 September 1987.
