  Indo-Pacific Humpback Dolphins

Thailand

Statues of Pink Dolphins, i.e. Indo-Pacific Humpback Dolphins (with Covid face masks), at Surat Thani's Donsak harbour, where a population habitually dwells in the waters off the coast. They get this skin colour from their over-developed blood vessels used for thermoregulation. See also List of Thai Animal Names.
