  Five-horned Rhinoceros Beetle

 

Thailand

A Five-horned Rhinoceros Beetle, known in Thai as kwahng ha khao, has a size of  up to 8 centimeters and is boldly coloured, with a shiny black head, legs and underparts, and a golden brown elytra. Males have four large horns on the pronotum and an extra-long cephalic horn.
