represent the words spoken by the Buddha. The principal
Buddha image in the main hall is flanked to the left
with a statue of
Puxian,
the
bodhisattva
of truth (fig.)
riding
an
elephant
(fig.),
with six, i.e. three pairs of tusks (fig.)
