tri-pundra
A tri-pundra is a sectarian mark (a pundra), a kind of tilaka, that consists of three horizontal lines applied on the forehead or chest (fig.) by Saivites, followers of Shiva. It is in general drawn with ashes and usually accompanied of a red dot.
