Takraw is a volleyball-like game played over a net, formerly with a rattan ball of the same name. However, nowadays the traditional rattan ball is increasingly being replaced by one made of plastic. This picture was taken in Mae Sot in Tak province, close to the border with Myanmar, where the game is known as chinlone.
