Plaeng Nah Sathit, locaed along Sri Nagarindra Road in Bangkok's khet Bangkapi, is a small-scale theme park-like attraction consisting of a farming demonstration field.

Its aim is to introduce and publicize upcountry-style farming to city dwellers. It consists of some rice fields and a water pond with fish, ducks and geese, as well as some effigies of live stock.

It is reminiscent of the royal tritsadie mai concept, which was introduced in 1992 by King Bhumipon Adunyadet in order to improve agriculture for small landowners, with the aim to become self-supporting.

In the stagnant water of the rice paddies is also plenty of duckweed, known in Thai as jok haen (fig.).
