Phak kahd kiyaw kwahng tung, i.e. bok choy, a type of Chinese cabbage. These  have broad green leaves and pale green stems, a variety known as Shanghai bok choy (fig.).

 

It differs from the common variety which has white petioles and stems (fig.). It is also known as pak choy and when still small, it may additionally be called baby bok choy or mini bok choy, while the Shanghai type is also referred to as green grade bok choy.
