A pahkaomah is a multi-functional piece of cloth, which can be worn as a loincloth, as well as a headscarf. It generally consists of a colourful check pattern.

When not used differently, the pahkaomah is most frequently worn around the waist, typically over a farmer's shirt called seua mo hom.
