hin hod nahm (haang hod)
A hin hod nahm, or haang hod (fig.) as it is called in Isaan, is a long, wooden, narrow and open receptacle, used by villagers to gather and pour perfumed rain water over Buddhist monks, in a promotion ceremony, known as kong hod.
