Krapha are wicker baskets, that are carried on the back, sometimes with shoulder strips, but usually with a strip over the forehead, in order to relief some of the weight from the back. They are nowadays only used by some of the hill tribe people in northern Thailand, as well as in other Southeast Asian countries and in southern China.
