A kong wong consists of several small kongs of different pitch, hung  in a circular structure. The one in this picture is in Phnom Penh, in Cambodia.

The photo on the right is played by a Mon musician from Myanmar (Burma), in Kanchanaburi. Both the instruments are of the type khong wong lek, with 18 smaller gongs.
