Japanese version
seen here, is in
fact somewhat
different from
the Chinese,
i.e. the
wrappers are
much thinner,
the
soy sauce
is seasoned with
rice vinegar,
and they tend to
have a rich
garlic
flavour, which
is less
noticeable in
the Chinese
