khanompang cham, a Thai
snack that consist of a soft yet crispy, sweet, buttery,
toast-like cuboid chunk of bread, usually served on a
skewer and drizzled with a sauce of choice, such as
chocolate or caramel.
Its is made from a loaf of bread of which the crusty edges have been removed, cut into large cuboid chunks which are covered with butter mixed with sugar and then toasted on a baking plate until crisp.
