A colourful graphic of
shattered colours of pale blue, dark blue, pink, purple, lilac and
mauve, that conveys the celebration of the Universal Postal Union (UPU)'s 150th
anniversary, with respect for diversity and communication between people. On a blue field
in
the centre is the United Nation's logo of the UPU,
i.e. a white cartoon
of a globe surrounded by people holding letters while reaching
out to each other,
flanked by olive branches.
Underneath it is a Thai text describing the anniversary of the establishment
of the UN's Specialized Agency, 150
years ago, on 9 October 1874.
In the bottom right corner is the Thai national flag, known in Thai as
thong trai rong. |
