a bird normally associated with
Han Hsiang Tzu (fig.).
The Immortal
is holding a peach, a symbol of longevity
(fig.)
and some
Peony (fig.),
the national flower of
China,
and while theconifers in this
mural
also represent
longevity,
the
bats
are
symbols for
good luck.
