In the top left corner is the depiction of a communications satellite and in the bottom right corner is an illustration of a satellite dish, while in the center is a map of Thailand in blue-green showing the locations of some communications ground stations across Thailand. The satellite sends out a signal, here represented by a broad, triangular-shaped beam in pale green emerging from the satellite, while the signal that reflects from the satellite dish ground station is represented by red dotted lines. On the white background is some writing in blue-green Thai script.
