A woman
of the
Red Yao, a branch of Yao found in Longsheng (fig.),
in southern
China,
whose members have
very long hair, reminiscent of the
women
of the
Ha Nhiethnic
group of Y Ty in
northern
Vietnam
(fig.).
Both men and women coil up
their hair and then wrap it with a long piece
of cloth, black for women and red for men.
