Portrait of Queen Sirikit Kitthiyagon, embossed in gold on a white circle with a golden rim, and the Royal Cypher of the Queen, i.e. a golden crown over her initials, the letters S (ส) and K (ก)  embossed in gold on a dark blue background. On the bottom half of the circle is the text H.M. the Queen's 60th Birthday Anniversary, and on the top half the Thai text Maha Mongkhon Chaleum Phra Chanom Phansa Ha Rob (มหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 5 รอบ), i.e. the ‘Auspicious Occassion of the Fifth Birthday Cycle Celebrations’.
