A Psyche, spotted in central Vietnam. This small butterfly has a rather weak and erratic flight, and its body bobs up and down as it beats its wings.

When it perches, its wings are usually closed, showing only the underside, which is very different from the upper side (fig.). The thorax and abdomen are whitish, the head is slightly brownish, and the antennae are dark with a pale tip.
