The Princess Mother Memorial Park in Thonburi is dedicated to Princess Sri Nagarindra (fig.), the mother of both King Bhumipon Adunyadet (fig.) and his older brother King Ananda Mahidol (fig.).

The memorial is set in a lush garden and comprises of several buildings that house a museum, a library and several memorabilia, as well as monuments related to the Princess.

A bas-relief sculpture carved on a green sandstone wall in the garden, depicts the lifelong devotion of the Princess to better the lives of all Thai people.

There are also ruins and remnants of the homes, where this princess, who was born as commoner, spent her childhood years.
