The Pihkun Bridge is a pedestrian bridge over the Old City Moat (fig.) that connected inner with outer Rattanakosin. It was built in 1911 by Queen Saowapha, in order to mark her 48th birthday and 4th birthday cycle, which is symbolized in the four decorative posts.
