A Pied Fantail. This is still a young bird, its tail not yet fully developed, but the white tips of the outer tail already clearly visible, as is the thin white supercilium, i.e. the eyebrow-like stripe over the eye.

It is commonly seen in the lowlands of Thailand and occurs throughout Southeast Asia.
