Phra Pinklao
Statue of Phra Pinklao, the vice-king or uparacha under Phra Chom Klao, i.e. King Mongkhut (fig.) or Rama IV, of the Chakri dynasty, and his elder brother.
Phra Pinklao was highly competent in both domestic and foreign affairs. He became the first Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Navy.
