Royal Hall (fig.), which is today located within
the complex of the
National
Museum in
Bangkok.
The Buddha image, one of three in existence with the
same name, was sent
back from
Chiang Mai
in
1787 by
the first
viceroy of the
Rattanakosin
period,
i.e.
Somdet Phra Bowon Raja Chao Maha Surasinghanat
(fig.).
