Phra Jan (fig.), the moon god and god of Monday, at Tantra Thewala, i.e. the ‘Tantra Idol Shrine’, which is also known as Wat Phra Siwa Chao, i.e. the ‘Lord Shiva Temple’, in Bangkok (fig.). In Sanskrit, he his known as Chandra. Here, he is depicted with a large crescent behind his head (fig.) and seated in the half lotus position whilst holding a flask as his attribute.
