The Lion Throne Hall at the Golden Palace in Bago (fig.) is located within the main U-shaped palace building, which is also known as the Great Audience Hall.

The Kambawzathardi Palace is today a museum and adjacent to the throne, there are some of the royal regalia put on display.

Beside the Lion Throne Hall, the palace compound also features the lesser Bee Throne Hall (fig.).
