Two Eastern White Pelicans in breading plumage, at Jurong Bird Park in Singapore. This species is also known as  the Great White Pelican or simply White Pelican.

It is mainly whitish, yet with a pinkish shine in the breeding season, whilst the underside of the flight feathers is black (fig.).
