The
Camphor Tree
grows up to around 25 meters tall and
has pale brown bark, that is very rough and fissured vertically. The tree
has fragrant, glossy, ovate to obovate
leaves, that have a waxy appearance and are green in colour.
The leaves are
arranged alternate and their venation is pinnate.
The tree produces
clusters of berry-like fruits with a diameter of around
1 centimeter, and which turn black as they ripen.
