The Burmese system of an animal-per-day as depicted at many temples throughout Myanmar. Shown here are statues from Mahuna Phaya, a Buddhist temple near Bagan. The above pictures are depicted in linear, chronical order, though in reality they are placed in a circle, often with a bodhi tree in its center, or around a pagoda, and ordered  in a different way, according to an ancient system which is also found in charts (fig.).
