General Prince Burachat Chaiyakon, Prince of Kamphaeng Phet. He was a high-ranking military engineer involved in railway and bridge construction, as well as in aviation. He was appointed Minister of Commerce and Transport, and getting involved in telegraphy and radio, he established the first Thai radio broadcasting station (fig.).
