In the Phra prajam wan (geut) system each day of the week corresponds to a certain Buddha image (fig.).

 

They are typically arranged in chronological order, as here, from left to right: Sun. (pahng tawaai naet - fig.), Mon. (pahng hahm samut - fig.), Tue. (pahng saiyaht - fig.), Wed. by day (pahng um  baht - fig.) and Wed. by night (pahng pah leh laai - fig.), Thu. (pahng samahti - fig.), Fri. (pahng ram peung - fig.), and Sat. (pahng nahg prok - fig.).
