Emblem of the Asian-Pacific Postal Union with the abbreviation APPU, dark silhouettes of traditional Thai-style buildings, such as pagodas, and the bow of Reua Phra Thihnang Suphanahong, i.e. the Golden Swan Royal Barge, with a blue and red overlay, representing day and night and referring to the 24/7 postal service and borderless communication around the clock, as well as a stylized white messenger pigeon holding a postal envelope in its bill and line-shaped contrails, to indicate its flight.
