A hand held-up triumphantly whilst holding a golden medal with the slogan All Become One, suggesting the unity of all the athletes from different backgrounds participating in the 24th Universiade. In the top left corner is the symbol of the event, i.e. the letter U, formed with bands and stars in five colours and ending in a golden kranok design, i.e. a typical Thai flame-like motif, which is also seen in the background.
