A Woolly-necked Stork, in Chiang Mai Zoo. It is almost entirely black, with a purplish shine, the woolly white neck, a white lower belly and undertail-coverts.

 

Myanmar

This species' legs and bill are reddish-grey. The photo on the right is taken in the Rangoon Zoological Gardens in Burma. See also List of Thai Animal Names.
