Wat Bot
Wat Bot in Samut Songkhram dates back to the late Ayutthaya period and was founded by Setthi Thong, a wealthy man who disowned his daughter for defying family expectations.
Later, he welcomed her son—a devoted monk—and began building the temple to honour his return. However, Setthi Thong was killed by robbers, leaving the temple incomplete until today.
