The Whale is a polished stainless steel sculpture of a whale, accompanied by playful dolphins, set within a reflective pond in KLCC Park, just beside the iconic Petronas Twin Towers (fig.).

It was created in 1997 by Australian sculptor John Underwood and soars 6 m high while the dolphins are 2.5 m tall. At the northeastern corner of the park is a large whale-shaped building, dubbed Lot M Podium (fig.).
