On the left is a Breguet Type
III biplane as used in the early days of Thai navigation, while on
the right is a colourful circle with shades of red, yellow, green, and blue,
with at its centre a
purplish-blue globe, surrounded with a text in Thai, that
reads ‘Wan Kahn Bin Haeng Chaht (วันการบินแห่งชาติ)’, i.e. ‘National
Aviation Day’, as well as the English
text ‘Thailand's
National Aviation Day’. Across the circle, from the left bottom to the right
top, a banner in the colours of the Thai national flag is stretched, which
at the top has gradually less opacity until it is completely white in colour.
At its end is a modern jet airplane, suggesting as if the white and the
following colours of the Thai flag are the airplane's contrails. |
