Penang Botanic Garden, also known as the Waterfall Garden, is a lush green sanctuary in Georgetown, Penang, established in 1884 by British botanist Charles Curtis.

 

The garden was originally a research centre for tropical plants and today serves as a popular destination for recreation and botanical conservation.
