Statue of
Min Kyawzwa, a
Burmese
nat,
who —in one version— is described
as an able rider, yet also as a
drunkard and
cock fighting
gambler, who was
allegedly killed by his victims who turned violent.
This nat
thus became the guardian of drunkards and gamblers, and
is usually depicted riding a horse, while the main
offerings to this spirit are bottles of liquor.
