Khlong Prawet Burirom is a 46 kilometer long canal in eastern Bangkok, that runs along a west-eastern axis. It is an extension of Khlong Phra Khanong, which lay to its west.

In the east, the man-made canal eventually connects to the Bang Pa Kong River (fig.) in Chachengsao (fig.).
