  Jungle Brown

Whilst the upper-side of the wings of the Jungle Brown is plain, dark brown, without markings, the underside has two eyespots or ocelli, as well as a typifying whitish marginal line on both the forewings and hind-wings.

 

This individual also has an additional third eyespot, which is smaller in size and located near one of the two ocelli on the hind-wing.
